Update: I completely forgot to add this note. I am going to be in Canada by the time this GA ends. I have limited data while up there and will try to get these sent out in time. Sadly, I wont be back in the states until Oct 14th/15th. So please do not report as not received. This was a last minute switch that happened during a tour. Crazy how few entries there are for this one compared to the other games. Is it the genre? The requirements? I'd have thought this would be as or more popular than any of the others... except for the next game of course...

[BS Editorial - Feel free to SKIP] I've been avoiding most of the AAA fighting games because I am not happy at all how nickel and diming fans for more characters has become the norm. I miss the heyday of 2D fighters with 40 character rosters that got unlocked by playing and not paying....

1st the region lock.
US/CA only giveaways get like 10% of the entrants of a unrestricted one in public, so likely will be similar here.
secondly there is the community train that just ended, I couldn't really put points into this or starfield yet as all my points were being eaten up by it. I suspect you will see the entry count go up a bit over the next few days.
