I've played the first two, and he's only been there to keep the inmates in check, while he himself supposed to be checked in there. He's a madman with serious issues!
I think we should have a game when we play as batman and as Bruce Wayne, trying to reconcile public millionaire life with the secret superhero life. (I think there is something like that in Telltale game). They should also show some more bad guys and supporters of batman (DC is veeery big!)
