Not sure which regions can activate it.. I wasn't able to from Germany.

Eidt: Did you get the bundle from Germany? Apparently, DI:R bought from the rest of EU were able to be activated on a german account.

Yeah, I bought it from Germany.. I'm actually quite surprised it's included in the bundle if I can't activate it.

You could have tried a quick VPN just to activate it. Migrate to Holland for a day or two ;)
Edit: Eigentlich können wir auch auf Deutsch quatschen. Wünsch Dir einen guten Rutsch!
