I don't think so tbh, the skins is for people that helped the game and, many games that do that, asks you to have logged in before

I don't care that much for the +1 but the game not appearing on my library... I hate F2P games don't appear and I hate they removed that back in 2014 because some people complaned instead of hitting "hide"

Yeah, I don't get it, it used to be that way.. At least they should make it so if you spend xs amount of time, it appears on your library
I've forgotten about many games because I had to uninstall/format the PC and when I remember it may be after 6 months or so.. If I had it on my library I can easily check and download
