Regarding your recent ticket:
Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the rules of Steamgifts as outlined in the FAQ and Guidelines.

The ticket that you should've opened instead is one in the "Request Received Feedback" category. Without that we cannot help you. Also, whenever you do open a ticket about a specific giveaway you are required to provide a link to it - which you did not do in this case.
