Actually, you can. You are not supposed to enter for giveaways where games or dlc from them will go to waste, unless the creator specifically allows entries when the base game or some of the dlc is owned by the winner. I am not allowing it, and will ask for a re-roll. SG admins have granted re-rolls in the past for such cases.
