I had many rerolls, and other issues, but I've never been blocked on steam and got the GA marked as not received, did they try to sell the key or it was still valid?
it was a reroll that was done week after ga ended. so rerolled winner assumed it will never be sent and marked not received. tried to add them on steam - instant block. they didnt have any old giveaways where to post on. luckily they had some discord server. but that is too much woerk just to get winner to actually receive smth
