• Giveaways end mid day (12:00 on a 24h clock), doing all checks and giving out prizes may take from several hours (especially inside the week) to few days. On occasion manual (!) winner checks and prize delivery will take several days, especially when running into the support ticket limit (20 per 24h).

Due to a recent steam update adding a new sub-option for privacy settings, SGtools.info will report your account as being private in case you didn't update it. How to update it? See your steam privacy settings here: https://steamcommunity.com/my/edit/settings
There is a support ticket limit of 20 per user, not updating this setting might impact my ability to give out gifts to winners for days, as there are already enough things support has to check even without.
