Bethesda in their infinite wisdom have two different store pages for Fallout 3. The GOTY edition can be bought on the standard page, even though they created a separate store page just for it as well: https://store.steampowered.com/app/22370/Fallout_3_Game_of_the_Year_Edition/
This means one could ideally enter this and own both standard version and GOTY version... I think. That would be a waste of a giveaway :(
