A pet is a big responsibility which I'm not sure I can handle properly. Like for example I'd really like a kitten, but then I realize that it'd probably cover everything in fur (and maybe poop), scratch stuff I don't want it to scratch and it has a much shorter lifespan than me so I'd probably end up heartbroken when it dies from old age (if it even makes it that far).
I already have my hands full with the few humans I'm stuck with, so I'd rather skip on adding animals to the mix too. Stray cats are also very pettable (and fur generating...) and we have a lot of them here. :D

My dream pet would be a combination of my 2 cats... :)

One cat is very well behaved, never jumps on the table or anything like that. Only problem is she hates to be held or cuddled. She's very independent and just wants to be left alone.

The other cat is terrible, gets into a lot of trouble, but he is super cuddly and will jump on my lap every time I sit down to watch TV or play games, and falls asleep on me, purring.

So I would like a well-behaved and cuddly cat. :P
