I don't really care if you say thank you after you win. (but I will appreciate if you do)
I don't really care if you play your win within a certain period. (but I will be happy if you enjoy it)
What I do care is that if you give back to the whole community.
If you have hundreds of win and give only a handful, you will probably make into my blacklist.

you might be overreacting a little. Yes, it's nice to give back to someone who makes giveaways but you need to remember this is an international community, not everyone has the same circumstances. For some regions buying games can be more difficult or less feasible.
