I decided not to deliver the key to the winner at this stage because of the following:

• Has 6 unactivated games
• Has multiple wins of the same game
• Has multiple negative trade feedback
• Hasn't done anything to become a good member of this community - didn't buy or trade keys for the unactivated games; didn't create a single giveaway in almost 1.5 years, etc..

Note that my request for a reroll was rejected based on the fact that he/she already served suspension for these infractions.

I'm saving the key and will deliver it to the winner as soon as he/she activates the other games he/she won.

Proof of no calling-out (uploaded Sep 28 2015, 11:10 GMT). The screenshot and upload time show that the winner wasn't named by me and hasn't marked as Not Received yet, so can't be identified. The only thing that can identify him/her is marking as Not Received, in turn resulting in the winner calling out himself/herself.
