This is probably my favorite game in the series. Had the biggest amount of bosses, most of which I actually had fun fighting (unlike damned DS3 which didn't have a single boss fight I enjoyed) and I think it has largest amount of weapons as well. Levels were pretty good, albeit it had too many items/secrets that you can only reach with pixel-perfect jumps. The only thing I really hated about the game was how quickly the weapons lose their durability, that was horrible idea.
If the weapon durability wasn't such a pain in the ass this is probably the only DS game that I'd bother replaying.
You are correct. I remember seeing that this Dark Souls has the most weapons and armors in the series.
This is the only Dark Souls game I have played, and I absolutely loved every minute of it. It's funny seeing the different opinions on this game. While most will say its the worst in the series, I've talked to many veteran Dark Souls players who claimed it was the best in the series. Anyway, Praise the Sun.

While a number of people hate on this game (for good reasons) and felt that it was underwhelming as a darksouls game. I still enjoyed playing it.
