You cant giveaway keys which you've won, nor should you be entering giveaways for items you already own, both breach TOS.

I am sorry to have confused you. I mean:

  1. I won a gift what i hadn't own. (A key)
  2. After 3 days, I got same item from other activity. (B key)
  3. Because I already own this, I create this giveaway to send B key to share this DLC.
