I bought it before region locks were all encompassing I believe, they changed it retroactively sometime after and it became locked for me since I got it from that region. I can't remember the details clearly...
hm, I see, I did hear some stuff about this, but at some point I also heard those are just visual when they did the conversion, not sure, but, still, better safe like this
I left the trading scene a long time ago, so I don't know a lot of things about the systems these days. But yes, safe is good - definitely don't want to disappoint an entrant! :>
