Retribution counts as a package of Dawn of War 2: Retribution and Dawn of War 2: Last Stand.
SG can't determine ownership of anything that contains DLC.
Perhaps there's a connection there, as to why it doesn't show ownership.
(It's also listed as a Standalone Expansion, and those tend to be messes in that regard no matter the other factors.)
Of course, if you're using SG++, it'll show up as owned either way. :)
