SEGA changed the store page of the game, so now it points to a dummy edition that I guess is supposed to be the full version. This giveaway checks the ownership of appID 56437, but you and all others report to own appID 56400.

Well you generally can't enter giveaways for DLCs unless you own the base game. So this is kind of bug. But you still have a valid key.
