Sorry about that. I didn't realize I already owned the DLC and didn't know what to do with the extra key. I had the settings turned on to turn off giveaways of games I already owned but I guess it missed that one. Didn't realize re-gifting was not allowed but I can definitely see why it wouldn't be. I'll try to be more careful next time.
