I'm guessing it's a "bonus" giveaway, hidden in a clever puzzle. There are no rules against this on the main thread so it's ok for Jamesc359 to do it. I found it amusing and, again, a clever way to "reward" passengers that take the time to read the description of the cart instead of rushing to the next (or previous) one.
Yeah, that does make sense but it's just most people add the bonus carts only if the CV value is below 5. So, I just wasn't sure if this was made a bonus by mistake or not.
