This is just a reply related to some of your user reports. While we don't allow setting individual wins to Private, a private account is not against site rules.
For a private account, the user is regularly required to set it to public to sync, at which point, their library will sync. If they don't sync, they are unable to use the site. Moderators can check wins against a synced library.
In the case of a Private game, it can never sync like it should, even though the rest is public. It will appear unowned, even to the support members.

Is appears in my mind somewhere around my registration time, when I remember the rule to have a profile fully visible... maybe to sync the library. as you saying. But I thought the rule to keep profile visible always is mandatory. If I am in mistake, sorry me, will be in course now.
Just made a giveaway and tried to check every user entered just because has time and wish to do it. Anyway, with best aims and efforts only.
