My first Monkey Island. People don't like it because it became too family friendly, but I enjoyed it. Also the art style is pretty good.

First for me too! I think it is at least as good as 1st and 2nd games. And graphics are amazing,

Then, they did Monkey Island 4... change to 3D and control using keys (to bring game to console) was awful. I played it only a little, but it has an horrible script, pretty bad jokes, and I couldn't continue. Perhaps I could give it a second opportunity, but for me, Monkey Island finished in number 3

I had MI4 and... oh my god, that was awful! To make it worst: I finished it, lol. The jokes are like for little kids, the puzzles a mhe and the damn fighting part... oh, I hated that part so much.
Edit: the stupid fighting theme is still stuck in my head, I don't know why I still remember it, lol.

Same sentiment. This was my first, then went back to play 1 & 2.
I had 4 on a console and.... yeah lets not talk about that :-p
