Judging from their name CZ and from my own experience, they likely own "Fallout: New Vegas PCR" version.
It had different names throughout the years, it's an Eastern-European alternative app for the same game because of publisher shenanigans. I could enter for your GA as well, but likely couldn't activate the key.
