No it can't be, if the key is from the bundle. If it's in the inventory or has proof that the key is not from the bundle, then it can be given away.

This guy thinks that if he posts enough, in bold letters, on every page, even though he has no proof and he should know better than to call out submitters, that he might be made a mod.

Dude spends so much time with these rules postings, you'd think he'd read a little farther down the rules page.

He also likes to say, "Oh, Im just letting them know". Bullshit. Theres a Steam profile if you were such a humanitarian. These passive-aggressive nazi posts are tiring.
