I will send ticket with question if it is not against the rules. If it is aganist, we can try to undo the giveaway. I really do not like to give negative feedback anybody. Is it okay with You?

"Hello Kiziek,
If you are offered a different game, you should not mark the giveaway received. You would risk a suspension indeed, since if we see a giveaway marked received and do not find the game on your Steam account, we assume you have regifted or traded the gift.
Please mark the giveaway as "Not Received" for now. If the gifter wants to delete the giveaway, they have to submit a "Delete Giveaway" ticket."
I will mark as "Not Received" , then You make a support ticket to delete giveaway. Link our conversation in it, to prove that i agree to delete/cancel giveaway from my side.

I got support to restore the giveaway. I tried to track you down on Steam to give you another game, but I couldn't figure out who you were when the giveaway was deleted. Anyway, I found my copy of this game. Turns out, the KEY I had was already used, but I had a gift copy in my Stream inventor! I sent you a friend request on Steam. If you approve it, I'll send you the game! Merry Christmas!
