You can pee at people, spill gasoline on them and set them on fire among other things. You can cut someones head off and play fetch with your dog with it. If that doesn't win you over I don't know what will.
Still haven't played the game myself though, since I don't have the DLC.

Fun fact, the only achievement I have in the game so far is the one you get for pissing on people enough. I clearly had my priorities straight. :D

Step 3: Install & Play while waiting for new PC/CPU

This is my story. Postal 2 was the only game I could and wish to play back then just because I was really angry
