Hi, There's been a problem with the giveaway, I've been talking with support about this.
What's happend here is that I put the key of a base game AND the DLC, so one person could win the two of them at the same time and have the Deluxe edition... But the system doesn't work that way and I put a giveaway for two copies of the deluxe game, when at most I have only one...
Support did say this to me about this:
"One of the winners could be asked if they agree to forfeit their win (and post that they agree in the giveaway comments), and then we can remove that winner so that the other winner would get both parts. "
Just to follow up: I only received 1 key. I'm trying to get support to either change the GA to the standard version or get the key that makes this the deluxe version.
I don't care either way, just currently my account is potentially in bad standing for not activating a game I won.
Can you possibly provide the second key? I've been waiting 4 weeks for support to answer me.
