Thanks for the heads up, I looked into it and usually if there's any restriction to activate the key then this page: https://steamdb.info/sub/1126/info would have a big red banner stating which countries are limited. It looks like there's no restrictions to activate the key, though there could very well be an actual restriction on the steam store page if bought there.

When I tried to open steam link for this game I got "Region restricted".
