FYI, I used to own this game (from the Rockstar bundle of HB in 2018), but they removed it from my account (as I understood, Rockstar pulled the game from Steam). But if I try to use my old key, it says I already own the game anyway.

Long story short: people who own the game can still enter (and won't see they own the game until they try the key)

The key should activate Grand Theft Auto IV: The Complete Edition, but those already having it still can enter this giveaway. Check the winner if you want.

I'll check for grand theft auto 4 complete edition then. Didn't know the key was wierd since the key i had was titled episodes from liberty city on humble bundle :p

More info: Rules checker at sgtools.info does not report a not activated gift if a winner owns The Complete Edition instead of Episodes. So, it might be safe to set "received".
