Choco milk with classic Special K and a cup of coffee with unrefined sugar - which I love because it gives coffee this very slight barley flavour. Also cortisone because I probably have spinal cord compression between l3 and l4. Wooo. o/

A nice white bun with butter, tomatoes, red onion and a pinch of salt :)

So far just a can of Coca Cola.
