You simply giveaway "Fallout: New Vegas", means you have a gift or a key for this game and give it to the winner. The winner will be choosen randomly by the system.
If you dont have this game or misunderstand something, no worries, you can text the support to delete this giveaway.
I do not think you accrue any bad will/points by deleting it yourself before it ends.
And support can take days to get to a support ticket, so by then most giveaways would of ended and you would have doubled your problems.
