Huh? ... You're quite right. I had only glanced at it long enough to see that all 3 are in my library, but not enough to see game vs dlc.

Of course, doesn't mean the user can't enter the giveaway when owning the game. Though, the game's only sold as this package, so there won't be any "Can I enter for the DLC" issues.
