The game is form Humble Bundle Deep Silver #2 Bundle, so maybe German user will not be able to activate it. Is mentioned here, but I can not be sure. I'm so sorry about that.

From This Post, from a Steam group almost purely made for the german region-locking and cutting, the key should be alright to activate. The only downside for germans is that it is beeing cut however.
