Even though my games count tells another story (it was a hardcore bundle past, okay?!), I never enter a GA of a game I am not at least interested in playing/trying (Hide List Lover), so since my "recovery" of my bundle addiction, I never get a game just for the +1 (anymore) ;P

My comment was not meant to be a critique, sorry; I just thought about all the really bad games on steam I dont want to have in my library XD
So I am kind of in the same boat as you: I used to buy tons of bundles with games I will never, ever play, and cluttered up my Steam collection with a lot of junk. I kind of regret it now, but old habits are hard to kick. So yeah, I try and only enter for games that look somewhat appealing, but in all honesty, you see my game count and you know I can never get even remotely close to playing most of them in this lifetime. All of which is to say, while I have become choosier about what I add to my library, there is still kind of a rush from simply adding games in.
I totally understand the feeling XD See the positive side: You now choose more often than before, so its a step in the right direction ;) And to be honest: Some bundles are still nice! (Many sites are gone or just suck now, though, sadly :S) So I add some games I didnt plan, others go on here ^^
PS: Hush! Dont talk about to never be able to play every game in my collection! I need the hope... and lie! 8D begins to play an already finished game ...
Man - it's so much easier to just replay "comfort food" games than to start something new. Something you can sit down and play a few minutes with no learning curve. Especially when your time is limited. So many games I really do want to play look like a big investment in time and effort and that's hard to overcome.
With regard to the bundles, here is my biggest challenge: Fanatical has a new build-a-bundle - it's $1 for one game but $3 for 5 games. I really want just one game, but I can certainly find 4 more that I don't have that look OK. It's so easy to spend that extra two dollars - I mean at that price each game is just $.60! So I'd be a fool to pay a dollar for just the one, right?
