You can't give this away in this manner (as three separate keys). The Professional package that is listed on Steam includes Ubuntu and Mac OS X but this key only contains Professional and Mac OS X. You also need to provide the winner of this giveaway with the Ubuntu key. This leaves you with a Mac OS X key that you can giveaway. Whilst the Mac OS X key can be given away and activated it will be unusable as it's functionality requires owning Professional.
Please note, I already have the GM:S Professional Edition and can still enter. Just pointing that out, I would look at the winner before giving the key.
