As you can see on the game's discussion page, the game has been removed from the store because it contains a Trojan.
Personally, I'd just throw away such Steam key, but obviously you have right to do with it whatever you want. However it could be a good idea to mention such thing in the giveaway description, so that people joining and/or the winner are aware of the fact that this title shouldn't be used for anything besides a +1
