From what I understand, you had several keys for this game and all of them appear already used right now.
For your information - there is no penalty for the case where you can't deliver the gift properly. In 3-4 days I will mark the git key as "Not Received", and then you should be able to create Support ticket to request staff to remove this giveaway. Even though I think you should already be able to do this right now.
