Figure I will go ahead and start posting 1 giveaway per week from my Tremor account to help with my ratio since it is butt and I know it is butt.
Also here is a little test I want to do.
Instead of saying "Thank you" or "Thanks" when you do this, instead say "Moo" with the winner saying "Moo Moo"
Want to see out of how many who actually enter this, how many of them actually say nothing (Like I typically do), how many just mindlessly say "Thank you" or have bots to say it for them automatically when they enter which is basically no better than saying nothing at all and how many actually take the time to read the stuff.
To those who enter, enjoy.

Out of a 24-hour giveaway. I had 536 Entries.
Out of those 529 or about 98.7% did not post anything.
Out of the 7 posts I actually received, 2 of them did the generic Thanks which says they did not read and either did the obligatory Thanks or had a website mod do it for them. Which is no better than saying nothing at all.
Out of all 536 entries, only 5 actually took the time to read and respond in a fashion to indicate they actually cared and their Thank you would have been anything more than a obligatory check box.
Also of note, out of all to respond like they took the time to read. All but 1 of them were level 4 or higher within the giveaway.
I had people getting onto me for only saying thanks to people when I could speak to them personally and wanted to know just how many would actually do it legitimately on the giveaways itself like they were telling me to do rather than just faking it for lip-service.
Thank you very much and thank you for being one of the few to actually take the time to read the description and respond accordingly.

the really super sad thing is...
every single non-generic comment came here from the forum side and didn't even enter, yet still commented.
that's sadly a level 0 GA for ya ☹️

No worries, I figured this was about what I was expecting from what I have seen. Also why I didn't do the thanks normally unless I did it personally.
I can't afford it, but if I were to do this with a high dollar item, the number of entries would skyrocket with a larger percentage willing to actually read and respond, but overall, it would still look roughly the same. Would have probably just had a bunch of pages of thanks with only very few Moos in it.
Still plan on doing the 1 entry per week thing though, just wanted to have this first one be a bit of a test to see if my overall opinion of it was right or wrong.

If you want to see it. I made a new giveaway with a level 1 requirement lasting till Friday to see how it goes. Same rules.

Week after that, I might try with a level 2 giveaway.

Start doing leveled giveaway, and group giveaway..Maybe doing invite-only giveaway and post it somewhere on forum.
Things that I learn here... never doing public level 0 giveaway.. It always like that..
also you need to do something with your ratioComment has been collapsed.
Planning on working on that already.
Was planning a huge giveaway of high dollar stuff when the VA was done and got years of back pay but that is taking too long. Now going to spend about 100 coins from the Tremor site throwing up 1 thing a week here maybe more at time. Will be slow but will be something.
This was basically a test for me because people talking about saying thanks on the giveaways as I typically do not because I view it as near pointless when most never read it and the vast majority of those who even say it on the thread are not even remotely genuine with it and only do it to pay lip service to fill a check box or don't even do it and have an addon do it for them.
I typically only thank them when I can do it personally and some seem to think that is a bad thing.
