I'm from RO (EUrope), On that page, it says Risen 3: Asia, Brazil, EU, RU, ROW, but I'm not entirely sure what that means. I was able to activate the game (I bought the bundle twice) and I'm from RO, which is part of EU. So I guess the safest bet is it will work if you're from EU(exclusive countries) on that page.
It means that the game will work only in the countries under the Asia listing, the EU, Russia, Brazil and "Rest of the World" (i.e. any country that isn't listed as part of a named category, eg Canada and the USA).
Basically, if your country is in one of the named lists on the page, and isn't part of Asian, EU, Brazil or Russia, the key won't work.
An example of a country where the key wouldn't work is Australia and New Zealand, as they are listed under the AU restriction.
I think the system works like if you buy in Europe only works in Europe, if you buy in Brazil only in Brazil, etc. Everyone should say where they are from for better understanding
