You will, most likely, not level faster with a public 1 hour GA without level restriction because much more bots (autojoiners) enter short timeframe GAs and more of them are around when the GA have no level restriction. The majority of the autojoiner owners control only each 4 days, or later, if their account won something. A human winner react in the majority of the cases much faster.
So you gave yourself the worst start conditions for a fast "recieved" result.
Hopefully real humans win the games and mark them soon as recieved.
By the way, I'm sending out the gift to the winners around 20 minutes after this giveaway around when my Terraria giveaway ends. Going to be buying everything at once.
