💡 My thoughts about the game 💡

 
THE IMPOSSIBLE is a minimalistic optical illusions puzzle game, similar in concept with hocus (Steam), Evo Explores (Steam) or Monument Valley (Mobile). The level design is heavily inspired by M.C. Escher’s paintings, famous for his so-called “impossible constructions”: geometrical structures whose perspectives are impossible in natural form.

As a puzzle game, THE IMPOSSIBLE is a very decent one but what makes it go over the top is the spine-chilling atmosphere induced by a GLaDOS'-like narrator voice. During your playtime, you will experience a lot of unexpected interactions from this quirky AI who will try to do anything in its power to sabotage you.

It took me around 1h to go through all 30 levels (more to come in the future), but if you want to skip all the thinking, there is also a guide available. The Steam achievements are easy to obtain - nothing else to do apart from solving all the levels.
