I am the winner of the giveaway.
as we talked about on steam I had marked the giveaway as received and submitted a ticket because you gave me another game because this giveaway was for specific countries but it was not told anywhere. After submitting a ticket I got the next response:

You should mark the giveaway "not received" and post a comment in the giveaway asking for deletion.
