yes, steam also shows I own this when visiting the store page.
I own it and am correctly shown "Exists in account". Weird.
I think they might own the "Ultimate Edition" which is a different appid
I own the Ultimate Edition (https://store.steampowered.com/app/47810/Dragon_Age_Origins__Ultimate_Edition/) but can still enter.

This one is both on my wihslist and in my account. I own Ultimate Edition. I guess I will have to hide this one. Is this activation code or Steam gift?
