Thanks for the giveaway. This game is, apparently, no longer available on Steam.
Anyway, I just pre-ordered The Witcher III: Wild Hunt from GOG (since it's DRM-free plus has more pre-order bonuses plus is cheaper) and I expect good things from it. That said, I haven't finished the second game in the series so it'll probably be some time before I get to Wild Hunt.

I liked the first one the most. The second game is kind of okay - the controls were easier in this one I remember.
I expect great from Witcher + Open World. That's the only thing I've missed so far in this series.
Open world games are awesome, you never know what lies behind the next corner (bushes). :D
