is this a humble key? as far as i know there are several region restrictions for this, stated here: https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/jKwZO/humble-bundle-august-2018-monthly-bundle-incl-a-hat-in-time-the-escapists-2-conan-exile just check if yours is ROW :)
