I bought the package long~~ time ago and I already had the game.
BUT , it is worthless without player.
I wish someone want the game can get it and enjoy it.

He means if it's ok to enter only to get DLCs when having base game. Sometimes GA creator want to give game to someone who doesn't have it instead to give just DLCs.
And pretty much every "full package" "GOTY edition" etc is available to enter if you have the base game. I have Saint's Row IV with all DLCs and I'm still able to enter for SR: IV Game of the Century Edition.
