Hello, i made a ticket one month ago, that i cannot redeem the key, since there seems to be a region restriction on the game, but the response took quite some time. TempeteJoachim answered my ticket the same day you wrote the comment here, so i don't know what else to say, since i alreay wrote him. I wrote a comment on the giveaway page the same day i replied to TempeteJoachim to make contact with giveaway creatoir, but he/she hasn't answered yet.
