Thanks for the giveaway, but are you absolutely sure this key is for Digital Deluxe Edition and not Game of the Year edition?
Those 2 are not the same, and the GOTY edition was given out free and cannot be used to make a giveaway according to rules,
i wanted some of the DLC from digital deluxe, which isn't included in this one, it says game already owned, making me think it's
just the free GOTY edition?

mmm i don,t know man i got the key from my friend and he told me Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad and i try type Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad in steam gift and he told me Red Orchestra 2 - Digital Deluxe Edition

You'll have to contact support then i think. I'm pretty sure Red Orchesta 2 - Heroes... have been given away for free. Because of this it's banned from being used in giveaways, only the deluxe edition would be valid for giveaway. Always make sure you select the correct game, dlc pack etc.
