Update: I completely forgot to add this note. I am going to be in Canada by the time this GA ends. I have limited data while up there and will try to get these sent out in time. Sadly, I wont be back in the states until Oct 14th/15th. So please do not report as not received. This was a last minute switch that happened during a tour. I am cover driver for someone that got injured.

Date in SG profile are localized, so I put the wrong one almost 10 times before thinking about this possibility :/ lol

Same shit)

lol I know, right? Why the hell are joining dates localized?

Thanks for the nice puzzle again and nice giveaways.
Just a little heads up if you feel it worth mentioning: At question 2 the date varies depending on the time zone. For example, your date is 07/08 but for me, who lives in Europe SG says its 07/09 just after midnight at 12:09am... But I figured it out so maybe the rest will too. 😉

Same here for #2, the date displayed on my side was "July 9, 2012, 12:19am" ^^
Congrats for the milestone and thanks for the GA Ryahn :)

Kept typing this with different formats lol

You forgot to put 7/8/2012 among the possible answers in #2. It was driving me crazy!

Being a trucker perhaps he likes driving us crazy.
I only got that question after reading a comment about time zones.

For me the only sensible date format is 2023-09-13
which has the nice property of being lexicographically ordered (i.e naturally sorted by file systems)

Trust me, I wish we used the metric system and that date format. After going to canada a lot and serving in the army, its sooooooo much easier.

and the Q1 (first one) may be: (Month day, year) with out the first ",".. as its the Q2

Respect for your military and civilian work!

I am so proud I actually (almost) knew the answer to #4 without looking up! :D :D
I entered "Truck Driver" -- but it was easy enough to find the correct variant, no problem.
Congrats on 500..... huh, and 1...
Cheers!

I feel so stupid for not trying "Army" first. In my mind, army and military blanded together and it seemed too obvious.
Congrats on 500 and thanks <3

I had the same xD
in the end I was like 'it can't be JUST army, but I'll try anyway because I have no idea what else'

Glad to see I'm not alone :D

I went with Engineering first, as far as my historical knowledge goes a military can consists of multiple armies, but I forgot that US has The Army as a branch :D

Nice puzzle highlighting some interesting information about you.
Thanks mainly for your civil and military service and of course, for the nice GAs here and Unlucky-7.

I was excited that I knew "truck driver" without having to look it up... and then I was sad because it didn't work! :D

I think that's the one puzzle from you I have actually solved without having to sleep on it... at least 3 times, Ryahn.
Hope you're doing good, buddy.

Been pretty busy with Ian Munsick tour. Good to hear, I will make my next puzzle harder :P

Hahaha sadist! :P
Safe travels :)

Thanks for the nice quiz :) Truck driver did not work and it took me quite a while before getting the correct answer:)
And regarding the question about which army I must confess I tried Headcrabs army after failing a few tries :p

Thanks!

The SG register date threw me off, realised it was due to timezones, as SG automatically converts it to your own one. For Q4, took me a couple different synonyms around trucks.

Thank you! I appreciate it very much. I really enjoyed your quiz.

Thanks For the GAs Ryan!!

Number 1 had me stumped for a bit.
Hint: (Month, day, year - US format)
I tried: 09, 12, 2003
Turns out I need to write it 09/12/2003, which is different from the way it is worded in the hint. As an idea for the future: Write MM/DD/YYYY in the hint?
Apart from that: Big thanks for the giveaway :D

Congratulation Ryahn! And thank you for the ride ^_^
