The reason why I marked the "Full Game Upgrade DLC" is because the "Offworld Trading Company Gift Copy" item is not listed in the steam store which means, I can't select it here. I could have selected the base game but then it would not calculate the dlcs worth to my cv. Sorry for that :/

Yeah, just join. I don't really care who already owns what. The devs changed the store entries so many times that nobody clearly knows which bundle contains what items.
