Less than 500 games on steam: No
Less than 100 games won on SG: Yes
More games given than won: Yes
No unsent gifts: Yes
No VAC ban (<- screw this, I could look past that if it should be the case): Yes
20% or more games played with achievements are perfect (100%): No
50% or more average completion rate: No
ah well 4/7
would be 5/7 if some games didn't just award you an achievement just for starting and trying it once for a minute :D

I'm not desperate to get whitelisted, but still, achievements? Half of them are just given away for completing chapters and so on. The other 200 can just be insanely tedious to get, and you have to basically make a list so you don't miss any, because you can only complete many them at certain parts of the game and then have to restart. Some don't even bother explaining what you need to do. And then, you may have 100% of some arbitrary tasks the devs put in because they were told to. There's extremely few I am actually glad they exist, like the one in Half Life 2 episode 2 with the garden gnome.
I'm not going through that achievement list again, ever, and nobody else cares about them either. All it does is scratch the immersion for me.
If you're actually having fun with achievements, more power to you, but everyone prefers different games and plays them their own way. Achievements tell nothing about what you think they're telling you of.

We've been through that on page 1, in most cases. I can't even say I disagree with you, some achievements are seriously arbitary and needless .My "favorite" was selling 50 000 items in Torchlight II - after playing through the whole game three times and doing all the other achievements I had 6500 sold lol...But TL II also had some good achievements, like playing through the game on Veteran Hardcore. But I genuinely enjoy playing for / with achievements, for they, if well implemented, can either give you more fun with the game or show you new ways to do something, or encourage to play a game the hardest way (like Dishonored, Bioshock Infinite, Reus, Metal Gear Rising...)
Of course, there's lots of negative examples in that case, but it boils together to something. Of the 72 games I've 100%ed so far, I'd say that at least half of them required some (in some cases "serious") skill to do achieve those 100%, be it even just a few achievements in that game that required skill - but you can't expect that every single achievement in a game is really hard or exceptionally well implemented in the sense of that it shows the player something in the game he'd otherwise would've overseen. Even some easy to 100% games have nice achievements in them, since they show you alternative ways of going about something in the game (like say, Jazzpunk and gunpoint)
In any way, it boils down I just wanted to do a whitelist and, especially because I just don't blacklist people, I had to find some not-so-easy to do criteria I can retrace. I'll repeat myself, I'd rather have made a whitelist for people who do 8 hrs of sports a week minimum, something that encourages physical or mental health, or 10 other possibilities, but I can't trace real-life-progress of users here, I'm not the NSA lol.

I have all of the requirements except for the "20% or more games played with achievements are perfect (100%)".
There are just too many games with achievements out there for me to be able to do that.
And there are a good number of those games that I've just picked up on bundles and activated to farm for cards.
Now, if it were 20% or more games in which you've gotten at least one achievement with at least 90% achievements" then I might be in the ballpark.
Oh well. :-D

O RLY? Hmm...maybe you did mean "games in which you've gotten at least one achievement."
Thank you! :-D

Nice idea!
Personally I don't consider achievements as a purpose when playing, but rather as an excuse to play favorite games longer. Like when I've finished a game but just wanna play it some more - then I start my hunt. Just to stay in that wonderful world for a little bit longer. At least as long as I'm having fun and not frustrating and wasting time on some hardcore goals
Still working on my win/sent ratio, so won't apply yet, just stop by to participate in discussion. And to find out how to see that achievement stats (the one about perfect games)? Was curios for a while to see some site that shows all kind of achievements stats, but too lazy to search for it ^^

Imho, you have a very good statistics :)
As I understood, percent of 100% games is counted manually by yourself. In your case 9/27 ~ 33%. As for sites all that I know are these ones (but it appears you already know them):

Will be happy to be part of your whitelist if you allow to forget about achievements requirements (never used SAM or something as playing and earning achievements for fun). Anyway, thanks for you time for checking profile and making decision! :)

Alrighty, so instead of creating a blacklist (I hate blacklists, because there are a lot of people who misuse them imho) for members I personally for whatever reason I disagree with, I've decided to see if maybe I can put up a nice whitelist for people I feel I can agree with.
So, here we go with the requirements:
Now, the achievement requirements may seem arbitary to some, but this is for two reasons: I don't like people "collecting" and hogging games on Steam. That's why the less than 500 games requirement is there (and I think, that's quite high - might be elevated in the future)
In correlation to that, a lot of the games remain unplayed. I like achievements, because doing / achieving them is (often, now always) a nice way to track if somebody plays the games he/she owns to the fullest possible extent. Also a nice way for me to maybe find people who want to do some achievements with me in the future (currently looking for a coop-partner in Gat out of Hell, for instance, who I can do some with)
If there's not enough people out there who are interested or apply, I will lower the requirements, if I feel I can look past something, I'll do that, too.
Edit: Of course I know that some of you might in return disagree with me, but that's just how it is. I don't intend to be rude to anyone.
Whitelist GAs will be either "high-tier" bundled or non-bundled, whenever I feel like creating some
